RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zauq Express, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Personal care items after opening
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
