• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
• We may contact customers to verify order details before dispatching an order.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Zauq Express may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the courier service being used.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery delays may occur. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Zauq Express is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Events beyond our reasonable control

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your parcel has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
